Structure and features

The equipment is mainly composed of liquid distributor, cooling and absorption section, gas-liquid separator, etc. It has the advantages of high absorption efficiency, low outlet temperature, no need of re-cooling, stable operation, convenient control, small fluid resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and no pollution to the medium. Reagent products (such as hydrochloric acid) can be directly produced. It also has such advantages as convenient manufacture, installation and maintenance and long service life. It is mainly used to absorb HCL gas to produce hydrochloric acid. The concentration of the product acid can reach 33-35%. It can also be used for the falling film absorption of other gases.
