Structure and features:
In the process of potassium sulfate production, potassium chloride reacts with sulfuric acid to produce a large amount of high-temperature hydrogen chloride gas, which must be cooled if it is to be recycled. As the temperature of the hydrogen chloride gas generated in the production is close to 400 °C, the selected cooler shall be able to withstand the high temperature of 400 °C, and the cooling speed shall be fast to meet the requirements.
The patented product of dedicated graphite heat exchanger for potassium sulfate developed by our company has solved this problem. The equipment is mainly characterized in that a high-efficiency spraying device is additionally installed in the equipment to efficiently cool corrosive materials. A liquid distribution device is installed in the equipment to redistribute corrosive materials to guarantee that the materials is evenly distributed, so as to avoid uneven temperature inside the equipment and damage to the equipment.
Compared with the traditional equipment, it has the following advantages: high structural strength, fast cooling, low cost, small occupied area for easy installation
