Structure and features:

The positive pressure type graphite two-in-one furnace type SSL manufactured by our company is mainly composed of graphite furnace body, burner, cooling jacket, graphite cooling pipe, cooler, explosion-proof membrane, etc. The graphite furnace adopts a special furnace body structure and a rapid heat transfer technology, so that heat is rapidly transferred.

The burner is mainly composed of a graphite lamp holder for conveying hydrogen and chlorine and a quartz lamp. The lamp holder adopted by our company is made of high-purity quartz with three-tube structure design, which makes chlorine and hydrogen mix more evenly and burn more thoroughly, thus effectively ensuring the quality of HCL products, and the free chlorine content in the product is zero (measured by oxygen reduction method).

The cooling jacket is made of carbon steel, which has good safety. When the cooling medium is suddenly interrupted, the medium in the jacket can still ensure the temperature in the furnace for a long time.
